Shipping & Delivery
We ship live fish via overnight delivery to ensure safe arrival. Shipping times may vary based on location. See our Shipping Policy for detailed information.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival on all orders. If any fish arrive deceased, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographs for resolution.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of live fish sales, we do not accept returns. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims submitted within 2 hours of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not responsible for any consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
